The rules we apply to ourselves

If we advise other companies on how they are run, we should be able to say how we are run. Charters and committee papers stay internal until they are checked. What we can say in public is below.

  • Written mandates

Work starts with a paper that states scope, who may act, and what is out of bounds.

  • Named counterparties

If a licensed firm is on the file, its name and job are on the engagement, not implied.

  • A file an auditor can read

Instructions, decisions, and what we delivered stay in the record.

  • Public claims

If we cannot verify it, it is not on the website. We do not soften an unverified claim until it sounds true.

  • Who may speak for us

People acting for the company keep client matters confidential and do not invent authorizations.

  • Client information

We handle it under the engagement terms and the safeguards that match how sensitive it is.

If this sounds like your problem, write to us.

Describe the work, the timeline, and who else is already involved. We will tell you whether we can help, and how.
