This page describes the regulatory positioning that governs the presentation of Safeguard Global Group LLC's services. It exists so that prospective clients and partners can rely on a single, accurate statement of what the Company does itself, what it arranges through authorized institutions, and what it provides as advisory and coordination work.

General positioning

Safeguard Global Group LLC is a limited liability company organized in the United States. The Company operates in three divisions: Financial Services, Global Trade Services, and Corporate Advisory.

Services are provided through the following delivery structures, in each case as explicitly disclosed in the relevant service description:

  • Direct provision by the Company, where the function concerned is not reserved to a regulated status the Company has not obtained, or where the Company holds a required authorization — in which case the authorization is named on this page once verified
  • Delivery by authorized third-party institutions, affiliates, and service partners, where regulated activity requires an authorization the Company does not hold
  • Advisory, coordination, and client-side support services, provided directly by the Company around functions performed by licensed providers retained or engaged for the client

Regarding regulated financial activity

Descriptions of clearing and settlement, capital markets, investment-related advisory, and wealth-related services are drafted conservatively. Where those descriptions state or imply coordination, support, or advisory-only roles, this reflects the Company's current position: the Company does not present itself as a securities clearing organization, clearing member, broker-dealer, custodian, exchange, or futures commission merchant, and any authorization of that nature will be published on this page only after verification.

Where regulated financial activity is required for a client engagement, it is performed by appropriately licensed institutions engaged for that purpose, with the Company's role confined to disclosed advisory, coordination, or support functions.

Regarding customs brokerage

Customs brokerage — the entry of goods with customs authorities for compensation — is a licensed activity in the jurisdictions where the Company operates its trade services. Where brokerage is required, the Company coordinates clearance through licensed customs brokers engaged for the shipment; documentation, coordination, and trade support services are provided by the Company directly where they fall outside regulated brokerage. The applicable arrangement is disclosed to clients before engagement.

Verification status

This page intentionally omits any statement of regulatory registrations, licenses, memberships, or affiliations until they have been independently verified at the appropriate level for publication. Where a disclosure on this page is superseded by verified information, the verified statement will be published here with its effective date.

  • Licenses and registrations held: to be published upon verified confirmation
  • Regulated memberships and affiliations: to be published upon verified confirmation
  • Authorized partner institutions: published only with the partner's verified authorization scope
