Service overview

Capital markets engagement is demanding: documentation must be institutional-grade, counterparties must be appropriately selected, and the client must enter markets prepared. Safeguard provides capital markets support and coordination for clients undertaking capital-raising, financing, or institutional market activity.

Business Challenges Addressed

What this service exists to solve.

01

Preparation gaps

Institutional counterparties assess preparation ruthlessly. Clients who approach markets unprepared face weak terms or outright rejections.

02

Counterparty selection

Choosing the right banks, brokers, and arrangers — and understanding who does what — is critical and frequently opaque to clients.

03

Process management

Capital transactions involve demanding multi-party coordination under time pressure, requiring disciplined process management.

Direct vs. Authorized-Partner Delivery

Coordination & Advisory Service

Capital markets support described here is client-side preparation, advisory perspective, and coordination.

Safeguard Global Group LLC is not an underwriter, placement agent, broker-dealer, or securities dealer. Regulated capital markets activity — underwriting, placement, dealing — is performed by appropriately licensed institutions engaged for the transaction.

Safeguard's role, and that of each licensed institution, is documented for the client before engagement.

Depending on the jurisdiction and the nature of the engagement, services described on this page may be provided directly by Safeguard Global Group LLC under its own applicable authorizations, or coordinated with, or delivered by, authorized third-party institutions, affiliates, and service partners. Where a regulated service requires an authorization Safeguard does not hold, it is arranged exclusively through appropriately licensed providers. Clients are informed of the delivery structure applicable to their engagement before any service begins.
