Service overview
Transactions are intense, multi-party processes where preparation and process discipline determine outcomes. Safeguard provides M&A advisory and coordination for clients on either side of a transaction — independent analysis, diligence support, and process management on the client's side of the table.

Direct vs. Authorized-Partner Delivery
Delivered by Safeguard
M&A services described here are advisory, analysis, and coordination services provided directly by Safeguard Global Group LLC.
Safeguard does not broker securities, arrange securities offerings, or act as a licensed intermediary for the exchange of ownership interests. Where transactions involve securities, regulated brokerage or placement activity is performed by appropriately licensed institutions. Legal work is performed by the client's legal counsel; we coordinate, not litigate, the legal workstream.
Depending on the jurisdiction and the nature of the engagement, services described on this page may be provided directly by Safeguard Global Group LLC under its own applicable authorizations, or coordinated with, or delivered by, authorized third-party institutions, affiliates, and service partners. Where a regulated service requires an authorization Safeguard does not hold, it is arranged exclusively through appropriately licensed providers. Clients are informed of the delivery structure applicable to their engagement before any service begins.
